Beauty was never in our hair. It was always in us.
I am Dawn Z., the Founder & CEO of LIBAVÉ™, a bold and elevated lifestyle beauty brand redefining scalp care around bald women and the beauty industry.
In 2023, I was diagnosed with alopecia and what began as a medical journey, steroid injections and prescribed topical treatments, slowly became something more visible, more emotional, and harder to ignore. Over time, the hair loss progressed, making it increasingly difficult to hide and impossible to dismiss. This journey led me to embrace my bare scalp in 2026 where I discovered something the beauty industry had overlooked. There were products to grow hair, style hair, and cover hair loss but very few created to intentionally care for women who are hairless. This gap is especially significant for women with alopecia and hair loss who may experience increased scalp sensitivity and unique skincare needs.
And from that discovery, LIBAVÉ™ was born.
LIBAVÉ is created for bald and closely shaved women who deserve products that nourish their skin, honor their journey, and remind them that confidence isn't found in hair, it is chosen every day.
We set out to change the narrative with elevated scalp skincare that is intentional, luxurious and made for you.
